Gas Flowed Cylinder Head
As on all our cylinder heads, we use CNC engineering to produce exactly the results we promise. These dramatic improvements in inlet and exhaust flow. We also provide a big valve version for really serious power. This head gives an extra 28% inlet and 30% exhaust flow.
Camshafts
We custom build our camshafts to match the flow from our head. No guess work of stock parts here.
Crankshaft
Strengthened and fully balanced. There's no room for compromise on balance and strength when going for ultimate power.
Pistons and Rods
What ever the application or target power output we will recommend and fit the right rods and pistons forthe job.
ECU
From a straight remap through to a fully configured MOTEC racing system controlling fuel, ignition, turbo boost. water injection and traction control.
Turbo and intercooler
Turbo and intercooler upgrade to match your application. Boost controller. This diverts pressure away from the turbo actuator to achieve higher boost and features multiple programmable channels, each of which can be programmed with an individual boost setting to suit driving conditions or styles.
Fuelling
High flow fuel pump and injection system to deliver more fuel demanded by high boosted engines. We cal also fit oil breather kits.
There are many options available to customers and we are very happy to discuss and advise on these engines. From mild to wild we can deliver the right package. We are fully uquipped with a 4 wheel drive rolling road for diagnostic and tuning purposes in situ.
